AYA Society (formerly Naughty Gym), operated by NG Fitness & Adventure LLC ("AYA Society," "we," "us"), respects your privacy. Many of our members are not out to everyone in their lives, and we treat your information with that in mind. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. It applies to naughtygym.com and ayasociety.com, our member community, our events and retreats, and our coaching services.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, billing details, and anything you share when you sign up, buy a membership, book coaching, register for an event, or contact us.
• Event and retreat details: information needed to run a trip, such as travel details, room preferences, emergency contacts, and dietary or accessibility needs you choose to share.
• Coaching information: details you share about your fitness, nutrition, relationships, or wellbeing so we can coach you.
• Community content: posts, comments, and messages you share inside our private community.
• Automatic information: basic data like browser type, device, pages visited, and cookies, collected by our website platform and analytics tools.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.

What we never do

Who we share information with

We share only what is needed with trusted service providers who help us run the business. These include our website platform (Kajabi), our community and course platform (Circle), payment processors (such as Stripe or PayPal), our email service, scheduling tools (such as Calendly), and event venues or travel partners for retreats you book. These providers may only use your information to provide services to us.

We may also share information if required by law, or to protect the safety of our members, guests, or staff.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work properly.

How we protect your information

Our community lives behind a paywall, and nothing members share there is public or searchable. You may use a display name instead of your legal name. We use reputable platforms with industry-standard security. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your information.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is active and as long as needed to provide services, meet legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop sending marketing emails. Depending on where you live (for example, California or the European Union), you may have additional privacy rights. To make a request, email april@ayasociety.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

Links to other sites

Our site links to outside services, such as our podcast, YouTube channel, Facebook group, and partner resorts. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
