Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of naughtygym.com and ayasociety.com, the AYA Society community, and our memberships, coaching, events, and retreats, all operated by NG Fitness & Adventure LLC ("AYA Society," "we," "us"). By using our sites or services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Adults only

Our website, community, and events are for adults 21 and older. By using them, you confirm you are at least 21 and that viewing adult-oriented content about sexuality and relationships is legal where you live.

2. Membership and billing

• Memberships are billed monthly or annually at the price shown at checkout, and renew automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused time unless required by law.
• Promotional codes (such as a free first month) convert to a paid membership unless you cancel before the promotion ends.
• We may change prices with advance notice. Changes apply at your next renewal.

3. Community rules

Our community is built on consent, respect, and confidentiality. As a member, you agree to:

• Keep what other members share private. Never screenshot, copy, or share member content or identities outside the community.
• Respect boundaries. No harassment, pressure, hate speech, or unwanted sexual advances.
• Never share photos or videos of anyone without their clear permission.
• Not post illegal content, spam, or solicitation.

We may remove content or suspend or end any membership that breaks these rules, without refund.

4. Events and retreats

• A deposit or full payment is required to reserve your spot. Deposits, balances, cancellations, refunds, and transfers are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which applies to every event and retreat.
• Each event may have its own booking terms, which will be shared at registration and form part of these Terms.
• We strongly recommend travel insurance for all retreats.
• If we cancel, change, or postpone an event, refunds and credits are handled as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. We are not responsible for your own travel costs, such as flights.
• All guests must follow our Consent Policy & Code of Conduct. Anyone who violates consent or safety rules may be removed without refund.
• You are responsible for your own decisions, conduct, and wellbeing while attending.

5. Coaching

Our coaching covers fitness, nutrition, relationships, and personal growth. Coaching is not medical care, therapy, or mental health treatment, and does not replace advice from a doctor or licensed professional. Talk with your doctor before starting any new exercise or nutrition program. Coaching packages are billed as shown at checkout.

6. Health and fitness content

Workouts, nutrition guides, and other content are for general education only. You take part at your own risk and should stop any activity that causes pain or discomfort.

7. Our content

All content on our site and in our community, including videos, workouts, guides, Wild Love Theory materials, graphics, and podcast content, belongs to AYA Society or its creators. You may use it for your own personal use only. Please don't copy, share, sell, or republish it without our written permission.

8. Outside services

We use third-party platforms (such as Kajabi, Circle, and payment processors) and link to outside sites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability.

9. Disclaimers and limits of liability

Our site and services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, AYA Society and its owners, coaches, and staff are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our site, community, coaching, or events. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here with an updated date. Continuing to use our services after changes means you accept them.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
